Crossing Alert System

The Crossing Alert System is integrated to provide effortless alert creation and recognition. Dispatchers are able to instantly relay the information from a phone call to the appropriate person.

Information

Quickly record information from a DOT ENS call and dispatch the appropriate person to investigate. The system was designed to have checks in place so the correct information gets recorded. After alers are created and resolved the field user has the ability to verify the dispatchers entires before certifying the alert.
